How to Close a Case

Closing an active case is easy.  Simply email support@everlaw.com, or your Everlaw account representative, to notify us that a project is no longer needed.  Once notified, we will reach out to discuss case deletion and/or data exporting and archival options, and to establish a close-date for when the billing period will end.  Your final invoice will be sent at the end of the month in which the close date falls.
