Should you need more extensive Professional Services, we will happily connect you with our partners.
Included Services
For our Included Services below, we’ll walk you through any feature via phone, email, or screen share to ensure you have all the information to complete your task. Our best-in-class support is included for every customer, free of charge.

Onboarding Assistance and Platform Migration. Everlaw wants to help you lay a solid foundation for a successful project, whether you’re migrating an ongoing matter to Everlaw or are starting fresh with a new one. We offer complimentary onboarding services including:
- Data ingestion consultation before signing a contract
- Kickoff call with our Customer Success team
- Platform migration from another ediscovery solution
- Initial database creation
- Interactive live training sessions
- Assistance in ESI protocol review
- Onboarding Training and Support. Everlaw’s User Education team offers a variety of recurring free live training sessions designed to help you to learn, understand, and master the Everlaw platform. Attend a recurring, standing training session or schedule an on-demand session. Our interactive sessions make it simple to get answers to every question. Learn more about our training offerings here.

Professional Services
Should you request that we perform any of the following Professional Services on your behalf, Everlaw will evaluate the scope of your request, and if acceptable, we will require that you enter into a Statement of Work and will charge you an hourly fee after the Statement of Work is agreed on and executed between you and Everlaw. Please note that any questions on how to use our features to complete a task fall under Included Services.
